Hey there!

I am a UX Designer based in Montreal, Canada. I graduated from BrainStation’s UX Design Diploma Program in September 2022.

I’ve spent the last 12 years working in the Travel industry gaining extensive knowledge and experience within Operations, Customer Service and Sales.

Although my love story with adventure and responsible travel continues, I have also developed a passion for designing meaningful and inclusive experiences for users and stakeholders.

While being empathetic and receptive comes naturally to me, my work experience in customer-facing roles has taught me that user-friendly experiences positively impact people’s perception of a brand and thereby leads to loyal repeat customers.

At the moment, I work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Intrepid Travel where I assist the Project Management, Customer Experience and Technology teams in creating efficient products that are used for onboarding and to boost productivity for our internal teams. I especially enjoy research, product conceptualization and testing.

My goal is to eventually transition to a more UX centric role where I can apply my knowledge and skills to build digital interfaces that are customer-centric, user-friendly and overall a value addition to both, the business and its customers.

  • Plannit

    A part of the UX Design Diploma Program at BrainStation included an individual capstone project. We were given the freedom to choose a problem space and then apply the UX skills and processes that we learnt in class, to research, develop and build a unique digital solution.

  • Conservation International

    A part of the UX Design Diploma at BrainStation included a design sprint that we had to complete as a group. We were tasked with choosing an existing not-for-profit organization and re-designing its donation experience in order to maximize the donations it receives.
